CCIS Solutions, LLC. came about on the premise that many companies could not receive the Computer Service they required. CCIS Solutions, LLC decided that it was time customers received service based on a no nonsense approach, hallmarked with integrity. Our technicians work to empower our clients, giving them information about what we just accomplished for them and how. Our technicians are instructed to communicate with customers without using technical terms. Since we love what we do and we wanted our customers to get the best value of service for a reasonable price we started CCIS Solutions, LLC.
History
CCIS Solutions, LLC. is the sum of its parts our technicians have more than 20 years experience in computer related technologies and services. Our technicians have setup computer networks at over 100 separate sites. Our technicians have setup sites that have won awards. Our technicians have done integration tasks considered impossible by the software vendors themselves, and we have done this many times over.

One of the best at trouble-shooting and solving issues. Can trouble-shoot issues on a variety of technologies, computerized test equipment, video survellience systems, desktop computers, laptops, servers, wi-fi, dsl modems, cable modems and routers.
Can build servers, desktop computers and repair a varity of computer components. Has experience with cabling for phone, CAT5E, CAT6, fiber, coax video cable, and WI-FI.

Nicholas
Background includes hardware as well as software support. All facets of computer operations to include LAN, and WAN management, ISP functions, design networks, implement networks, upgrade systems, manage as well as administer, train technicians, help desk support, and troubleshooting.
Light programming and knowledge of software at the system level. Has comprehension of computer hardware to the component level. Has extensive knowledge and experience with the Windows registry and profile components.
Has broad experience with large rollouts and meeting or exceeding deadlines. Will often write scripts to automate procedures "Batch file King".
Working experience with Internet technologies giving clients a web presence, DNS, Web development, Email, and complex routing issues.
Has ability to enter new circumstances with unfamiliar networks and not only consult with the end user, technology personnel, department heads, but also become informed of the infrastructure by using time tested discovery principles and processes. Proven network assessment skills. Can effectively communicate procedures to others.
Able to learn new technologies at high rates and accomplish previously unknown technical tasks at rates that often parallel technicians’ experienced in the technology. Willing and able to research unknown technologies and produce technical evaluations, revealing the strengths and inherent weakness.
